Honolulu, and especially the Waikiki area, is littered with sushi restaurants but my recommendation is to go the extra distance and eat here!! We went Omakase and feasted on the chefs best offerings. The rice was perfect, the fish was fresh and had some great options I hadn’t seen before.

This place is mind blowingly delicious. Hands down the best sushi selection in the Bay Area. They always have fresh delicious uni at lunch time and the best Omakase I have ever had. Everyone should experience the sushi served at Sushi Izakaya Gaku. If you were not a sushi lover before you would be after. I am so thankful for having this place around.
